Hello, any recent updates on people applying from Toronto? I submitted my application today and was wondering how long it’s taking now

I submitted an urgent request and applied the first time in April 2024 and the second in July 2024. 10s of calls and webforms and still nothing. I know friends who submitted theirs after mine and got the application number already. It's very frustrating!

No I mean PR. I applied in December 2023 under protected person, I received my portal 1 email last week on Thursday. That’s roughly 7 months now.

Applications under protected persons from December and November 2023 are getting it this fast but outside of Quebec. Not sure what’s the timeline for Quebec.

i received my eligibility letter on April 5th. I’m still waiting for now. Spoke to IRCC few days ago, they said in process and nothing needed from my end.

Hi guys, a tip I learned the hard way about mailing the RTD. I mailed mine and was received on Jan 10th 2024 and a month later they still said they don’t have it on the system, and I called so many times until someone told me the officer put a note they don’t have your documents (a month later)...

Anybody applied for RTD in December 2023 or January 2024? What’s your experience/timeline? Are they being quicker or is it still taking forever?

does it also shows you passed medical and you don't need anything else? can you see the progress bar? what percentage are you on?

Hey everybody, just a quick update. I have my hearing today in few hours. My lawyer has called them and scheduled the hearing when they had an opening. Wish me luck and I’ll keep you posted. Good luck to all of you
