Absolutely right, if they mentioned our biometric enrollment, biometric number and expiry date then why they said that they haven't receive our fingerprints. Sometimes it is updated after one month on our gc key but in my case it has been almost 45 days...... I'm worried....

When was ur biometric appointment and where u gave it?

Yes I mailed VFS and they told that they have already sent the biometric details to ircc after the very next day of our biometric appointment.
