Hi everyone, anybody from Niagara office still stuck on Background Check? I got AOR on October 15th and wrote my test in January 15th but BG and LPP are still in progress?

same for me. LPP and BG is still in progress. Only test was completed. Niagara office for me

Did the message that they are waiting for additional documents disappear on the tracker when you uploaded them? i sent the required documents and received an acknowledgement last week but the message is still on my tracker

Hey, what finally happened on your profile? i was requested additional information and i provided them on the same day. "waiting for additional info" is still there.
