Thanks Naturgrl Are there specific rules around this? Or is it because the application is from outside canada it defaults to 60 days? Now a days ircc is using artificial intelligence so wondering if those are considered decisions arising in canada ?

Did you mean you file a judicial review and the IRCC lawyer did not offer a settlement? which lawyer are you using? processing further or not depends on how strong your case is and whether it can be argued against the position IRCC has. only an experience lawyer or expert can assess the chances.
