You can get your passport stamped in India as long as you have the passport request letter issued for your TRV application.

@chutkij3 As far as you have the passport request letter, you can get it stamped in any VFS. The only thing you need to check is how much time the VFS is taking to process the request based on the location.

Hey Guys! My WP extension Inland application has been approved. Submission Date: Sept 25 Approval Date : Dec 17 Letter received on Dec 18. Hope this helps.

Hey Guys, FYI, One of my friends whose WP renewal application was submitted on Sept 15 and he got the approval today. Mine is Sept 25. Will keep you guys posted.

@San1234_ind Officially it's 63 days. But, based on the findings in this portal it seems to be completed in span of 5 weeks (includes application approval and getting the passport). @GandiBaat - FYI, official WP processing timeline has now come down to 118 days.
