Thanks for your reply. I did apply online and there was an email 'Submission confirmation' on October 9th itself. Then I got an email on 22nd which had Subject: APPLICATION FOR CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP and started with "This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship."...

I called but they disconnected saying the wait time is really long. I have raised GCMS notes last week. Waiting for the response. Thanks for your reply.
