So, today I got my Physical Card in mail. Its amazing that they shipped it next day after updating my IRCC account.

I finally got an update today, that my application has been approved and the CARD will me mailed and may take up to 6 weeks to receive the card. COPR and Photo was received by Ottawa office on April 22, 2021. Got approved after 4.75 months

As per IRCC website the processing time is 130 Days for the first PR card.

Sent photo and COPR to Ottawa office on April 22, 2021. Still no update.

I have been waiting since April 22, 2021. Still no update.

What error message you get and you have to be very careful with place of birth as it does not like spaces in that field

I don't think there is any email from IRCC, after photo is delivered. I didn't get any.

What parameters are you using to link the application? I used UCI and family name. They also ask place of birth, make sure it matches to your passport. Avoid space if any.

I linked it two days after the Letter and Photo was received by the Ottawa VO. You can try linking it, may be it will work..........

Not sure if GCMS or Call will help. Average processing time is anything between 3 to 4 months.

The best way is the track the package you sent to the VO, but I think you don't have the tracking number. This method I am not sure abt:- If you see an application number starting with letter R that means your application is in process and IRCC usually assign that number when they have accepted...

I agree with Klopo. 15 days for Ottawa VO, not possible.
