Can you tell the steps to open a non express entry PNP profile ? I thought it will be the same, because when I opened my express entry profile it asked if I have a province nomination and I answered yes.

Trying with "Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream". and yes, I have the experience. this is the point, my job duties is mix between business consultancy (current NOC 21221) and Technical work like programming and scripting (NOC 21231/32).

Computer Science. New NOC is 21231.

I have my wife and three daughters here with me. my daughters are studying, in secondary school. not sure if this makes any difference?
