Files being processed in Ottawa are being processed without any delay but the files which were transferred to Mississauga are stuck in there like a black hole.

Quite honestly, its not just you whose PA's file is from India and the file is in that status. There is a huge list of people including me whose files are still showing "App received" after getting transferred to CPCM in Feb/March after getting bio, meds and SA done. Nobody knows whats going...
