GCKEY account doesn't show any PR Card application. Looks like it was never updated. I tried manually linking it by putting in my information and searching for application. No results found I received that email on Aug 15th. Not quite sure what to do with it

mine is at Montreal VO. The processing time seems to be at 39 days and Montreal VO is extremely slow

They are probably processing it. In your case, they have to process the application for your dependents too. Also, in my case, they put final decision date as June 12 even though it was still processing. Mine was with Montreal IRCC and they seem to be very slow with things. It will come...
