How do you check ECAS? My profile still doesn't come up. Were you an inland or outland candidate, or does it make no difference for the PR Card?

I think they're still processing the ones from the end of May - it's going to be a 50-60 day wait per other forums

Adding further to my previous post: 3. You can also meet with an officer in Toronto but the time to do that usually takes 3-6 weeks 4. You need to provide them with an address. If the address is unknown at the time of landing you need to provide them wit one asap as not providing one can result...

To add to what rg74 said: 1. You can only go on Tuesdays-Thursdays to do the landing at the rainbow bridge. This has been implemented recently as of last week 2. I'm not sure if you have a car or not - but if not I took the megabus from toronto (20bucks both ways) and walked from the terminal...

Search for Passport at CPC-Ottawa in 2017 - you'll find multiple groups specific to the month. Eg: Passport to CPC-Ottawa in May 2017 will send you to the group where all the people who received PPR in May discussed the next steps

Not quite: Security and criminality began as soon as medicals + eligibility were passed but no one looked at them till 4 days prior to when I got my PPR. and the system was updated on that day indicating that everything was passed and the officer approved the application
