The result of 2nd ME will not appear on ECAS. It only appears on MyCIC account. Once it shows a new medical pass date on MyCIC, it means both of your parents pass the 2nd ME.- qjzhou

No, it's not completed yet. You should scroll to the bottom of the page, click "next" and sign it electronically. Then the file would be submitted. And in the column of details would show as "Replacement Provided".- qjzhou

If IRCC called you, it would be a "No caller ID" call. So no call back number is available for sure. You could try to call them in the morning as early as 8am. That would be easy to get through.- qjzhou
