you can try https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/resCalcStartNew.do to calculate, you can add your date as protected person I guess. It would be best to consult immigration lawyer.

2 month sounds reasonable, i applied on december 21st, still waiting. Yes you can apply for evisa meanwhile

for me it took 16 days to reflect in the oci website, walkin application on 21st dec, date of acknowledgement on oci site was jan 7th.

It should not cause any issue, if bls people say photo is not correct, tell them you are taking the risk and use this photo

I think they want to make sure that your closed work permit is tied to your lmia.

Just provide all the documentation you have , lmia # , copy of lmia , closed work permit and any associated stamps in the passport . My case was handled by my company’s lawyer so don’t have lots of details
