you will find tons of material on how to get pcc in express entry section to get started you can go to https://www.blsindia-canada.com/ In the online form you can select you need pcc for immigration purpose instead of checking pcc for non-immigration purpose.- pw0032239

Dont worry about it, my son had little mouth open , photo was accepted. In my experience Indian officials are generally chill with photo specially for new borns and small children. BLS just want to earn money with a new photo.- pw0032239

Enquiry about English Language Proof for Citizenship
in my opinion it wont , since India does not fall under country where primary language of education is English. It is advisable to give CELPIP / IELTS the requirement for citizenship is very low band 4/5 in sections. But others may chime in.- pw0032239

Question about Immigration status in other countries or territories.
In my opinion, you could provide all the visa's issued till date and rough dates when those visa status were used. The more information you can give better it is in my opinion.
