Erin (Edelmann and Co) starts with initial consulatation which is 450+tax CAD. After that, the first stage of mandamus costs 1000-4000 CAD (depending on your case). You might email her directly regarding the costs and process involved. I've retained her as my lawyer and have requested notes...

I opted to go with Erin Roth (Edelmann & Co). Had an initial consultation with her. She suggested I update some of my docs on my file before we proceed with the mandamus. Right now working on it and have retained her service for that at this stage.

I'm seeing all the posts in this thread and getting really concerned about mine, since my case has been in comprehensive security screening (CSS) Since 2020. Have been recently contacting lawyers for writ of mandamus. Does anyone have thoughts or suggestions regarding my case? Thanks.

Hello, I have July 2019 AOR. Since then its been so long I lost track of which stages my application completed. I ordered a GCMS notes back in November 2011 and it said CSS was pending. Even after 1 year, I've no idea which stage my application is at. I'm thinking of requesting anothet GCMS...
