What do you mean by interview? usually overseas family members send their documents to visa office and they get biometrics, medical and passport requests within a timeline which’s vary between VO to another

Overseas family are not considered refugee by any chance and they can travel to home country anytime, most of overseas families were already living in their home country waiting for PR process to be done
