I called IRCC today, It's been almost 45 days, and no Ecopr yet. Amazingly the IRCC agent told me that they can flag my request after 60 days of my P2. My Virtual landing office is in Montreal. should I contact the Montreal Office to expedite the process? If yes, how?

just hang on and wait. That is what we all are doing. IRCC is slow nowadays.
