You are right.. but as per his PGWP application confirmation, he is authorized to work until November 8, 2024 . It's already passed. Should he be still consider himself in maintain status? Just because decision has not come yet.

No updates yet, not sure what is going on. Each time he calls IRCC they say its in progress and assigned to officer. Ridiculous system.
