Were you able to link the application now? I submitted my application on April 17 but still couldn't able to link it. It's been around 2 months now.

Basically, every time I tried to contact IRCC, I got the same response: "We couldn't find the file. Please wait another week". I sent a paper application on April 14th, and they got it on April 17th, but I still can't link it.

Did you receive any confirmation like email from IRCC before successfully link the application? Also, were you tried to link an application using UCI & Family Name?
