i am a nurse and my husband is a chef. we have applied in the express entry with a LMIA but our visa got refused due to the inappropriate funds whilst we need not show them. now we have filed our case in the fedrel court. I want to know how much time will it take for making the decision and what is the probability of getting the visa?
