Hello everyone, I got call from ircc that my visa is refused and they retuning my passport and they send passport by bluedart but other day i check my status it shows they received undelivered decision envelope back to ircc office again? what does that mean ?

Thank you, they did their medical and PCC in july 2024 . But they don’t ask my brother PCC

Hello , I got confirmation of PR today for main applicant and each family member . Im not sure if my brother included or not they ask for some questions about height,color of eyes expected date for coming in canada etc , for each member
