I guess the point here is, You have applied for PR, with employer restrictions on your nomination. And therefore, if you stop working before you receive your PR, you might get into trouble because it is not possible to change or stop working for an employer as far as I know!

By file number, you mean AOR? My nomination is employer specific and hence I won't be eligible for BOWP, right?
