Finally got the ecopr today. Timeline: P1 - Feb 7 (Niagara Falls) P2 - Feb8 (Montreal) ECOPR - March 28 (Niagara Falls)

Also waiting for ECOPR from Montreal since February 8. So far 6 emails and 1 call and still nothing.

Got P2 on February 8 and still no ecopr. I already sent countless number of emails on all the ircc portal emails. And nothing :(

P1 from Niagara Falls P2 was from general no-reply portal email.

In order to do you landing in Quebec you have to have the CSQ. That is why they requested the proof of address outside of Quebec. So I guess now they can do the process of issuing your ecopr.

Wasn't really an option for us as her application was specifically based on living with me and my family and getting all the necessary financial support etc. Also, I think we would need to show a proof of her address and not just change it like that. I called Quebec government every single month...
