Just an update if anyone would like to travel. I got my Portal 1 before my vacation. I replied my situation and an IRCC officer told me to reply again after landing, as I would not be able to receive my PR card before my vacation start. You may check my timeline in signature.

And I got stuck in "INFO SHARING". Seems they requested some info from U.S. and those info were ready since Oct3 2023 and still not being reviewed.......

I got my GCMS and it said my medical is PASS - EXPIRED. Seems they said a medical request before but I did not receive it. Not sure if that is for me or some other department for extension. Just submitted a webform to check if I need to re-do it. Have you guys experience that before?

How would we know your second Visa Office? I received the only update from my first Visa Office in October 2023. Then nothing. :( Are they the one sending PPR?
