Hello I can’t answer such question because my file is stuck in Warsaw visa office from last 2 months and 10 days. It’s so stressful. But as per my knowledge they usually take a month or two to process any additional document.

Hello My reconsideration file is in Warsaw? Yours as well? Yesterday my lawyer sent them reminder and I received acknowledgment. He sent them reminder through email because their web form is not working.

I guess candidates don’t get such thing nowadays. If you get refusal so you can ask immigration officer to reconsider. If they accept it so they’ll let u know otherwise they might reply you stating we won’t consider your case

Hi I’m also waiting for my reconsideration request, they accepted my request and told me that your visa has been transferred to immigration officer and they’ll look in your case. And still no response I’m also from Pak. Now there webform is not working nor they’re replying to emails/web forms

yes i did and they told me my reconsideration request is accepted and visa officer will get back to you and now its been more than 55 days and still no response

I don’t know I’m planning to raise another webform this week and will apply for GCMS notes. Applying again is not easy they keep refusing

You’re right I should order GCMS notes but when I consulted with IRCC agent through there helpline they told me wait For this request answer before you reapply!

That’s what I was explaining above, you got refusal on reconsideration straight away. But in my case they told me your case has been sent to visa officer which means they’ve accepted to reconsider my case! But I don’t know why it’s been 55days and still there’s no response

No I haven’t received this sort of reply from them. even though when I sent reminder to them still there was no such response to me they just sent me receiving after 2 days moreover I also called IRCC and they told me wait!!

Hey I got visa refusal and I raised webform. After one week I got this reply “your file has been sent immigration officer” and after that email I have received nothing. It’s been 55days and I’ve also sent them a reminder. Is this normal due to covid? My file is in Warsaw embassy of Canada.
