did any of you raise a webform regarding the update of biometrics and got a positive response? I reached out 2 times but they haven't responded yet it's been 3 weeks. But before this issue, I asked them if they needed any additional documents they responded as no. I am confused af

Yes, I raised 3-4 webforms in total. sometimes it took 2 days sometimes it took 2-3 weeks to get a response
