The GCMS notes I ordered a month ago read OCS - Operations Support Centre but the portal email I received today was from Calgary.

I received my portal email today about an hour ago! That was faster than I expected.

If I'm being honest, I don't know how to check that but my GCMS notes states Office - OSC (Operations Support Centre) if that helps.

Update: Today my Eligibility changed from 'Not Started' to 'Completed' and I see a COPR number on my tracker. I think my application is close to being finalized. Fingers crossed and again I really appreciate everyone's help! Also, what would be the next step for CEC inland applicants? Just wait...

Employment information and NOC issues would fall under Eligibility so I wouldn’t worry about it if I were you since you already passed

1) I’ve come across a few threads where applicants requested for at least two GCMS noted but still received COPR. So, I would assume it won’t affect your application. 2) I’m unsure about this.

I see! Thanks for the reassurance. I find it a bit strange for them to just remove points without clear indication as to what the issue is on their notes. It would have been nice if there were more details so we could at least try and submit additional documents as last resort.

Back when I got my GCMS notes, end of April, the security showed 'Not Started'. I haven't ordered another GCMS since then. Yesterday my Background verification changed from In Progress to Completed so I assume the Security is clear too. I could be wrong though.
