One possibility is that they have requested for a photocopy of your travel documents (passports) for the duration of your eligibility period. But this is just a guess. Usually, if they send a request via e-mail, you will receive that e-mail within 2-5 business days. My suggestion will be to try...

Yes, in my experience, it takes 1-2 business days to receive the e-mail. Dont forget to also check your spam.

I have made several attempts to call them and tried all possible options. In the end I get a recorded message to go online or try calling again. I have completed a webform just this week. Hoping that somewhere down the line before the 'DM' status someone updates my address.

Please could you let me know how to get to the point where I can select the call back option? The only 2 options I get is to either go online or to try calling later.
