oh if it's still within processing standard then probably just different process order for PA and dependent. yes i was able to link both PR card applications on my GCkey account.

It's regular mail so it can't be tracked. Once the cards are mailed it's with Canada post I think, so probably calling IRCC won't help much. Canada post can be delay with delivery, so maybe it can take longer for some areas?

No update on portal, still "in review with IRCC" today after receiving cards

That's weird. I received the GU for me and my dependent at the same time. (April 24). Maybe call IRCC and ask?

I think the cards are mailed from Sydney, NS. so it might take a while. My PR cards were mailed around the same time as yours and I just received all of my 2 cards today - yours should come soon!

Just received portal email from etobicoke! Totally unexpected. No update at all since Bio pass. Eligibility and background are still "not started" on tracker, saw a GU on GCkey after portal email (pretty sure it isn't there this morning). Good luck everyone! Hope you all receive good news soon!!!
