I called IRCC as I’m travelling out of country in mid December and does not have Ecopr. So he said there is not wait time for it. If you want you can reply on mail id for portal 1 and let them know the date you’re travelling and they will keep everything on hold. But I don’t want it to be kept...- Patel890
