Today, I finished 13 month since aor. I submitted IRCC Web Form 3 times in 3 week. No reply. Ordered GCMS note and it says additional verification is on going from last April.Try to call no reply. What should I do can anyone suggest me.

Sept 1 AOR. I have ordered my gcms notes since 30 days. but have not get yet. No update since medical passed and background check processingsince Nov 2018. What includes in gcms notes? Gcms will be helpful now or Should I order CBSA note now?

As per my opinion No Meaning to call to CIC. Because I called earlier and also yesterday but all the time i got the answer as same as we can see online in our account. I tried to ask about criminality, eligibility, security. But agent just told me that we can not see anything and 80℅ application...
