I think you need to call their customer service or try to send message through their website. They might take time but it can be done. On their contact number they have prerecorded message to add/remove credential in your current application, select the option and they will guide you from there...

any projected completion date?? where did you find that status because in my application it is also showing evaluation is in progress. you do not have to do anything.

guys ask "why? is it too much time??" through website. it did work with my application at least they said which of my documents they accepted and what documents do I need to provide. So you will see motion. try it.
