Received ECOPR today.

Have received P1 on 10th December and P2 Today 13 December 2024.

I have been waiting for the past ten months, with my PR submission date on February 4, 2024. I received the pre-arrival letter on April 26, 2024. I called the IRCC 4 month ago and last week and their answer was same that background check is in processing.

Don't do that, OINP international student program is faster than RNIP, and also you have six months if you have already got the community recommendation letter. You should wait and call the IRCC about you OINP application.

What was written in the PAL letter?
