Got dispatched message today around 9am IST. By when can I expect passport in hand? Chosen 2-way courier. New Delhi delivery

Eligibility updated yesterday evening but no dispatch message yet anyone who experienced this? I thought its dispatchled the next day?

What does it mean when everyone says “received by ircc” My passport was picked up on Feb 18th. Feb 19th it reached vfs and then same day embassy. Feb 21st I received a msg saying application under process. What should I consider my date for trends above?
