Did you try to link to your gckey or ecas?

Firstname or Surname. I will advise you put your Surname instead of first name

Once it has started processing you will be able to see on ECAS, then you can link to your gckey but if you cannot then the processing has not started. Also for the name ,if they ask for last name. Just put only Rodriguez, if it is first name, put only John
