    If you've tried out as suggested here and you still can not get an appointment within the stipulated 30-day period, send a webform to Accra requesting for an extension probably attaching both Qlife and IOM's responses. Wish you the very best

    Ottawa VO seems to be the only VO issuing PPR for now. People from various threads have been receiving PPR from Ottawa. Initially it was Sydney, then Ottawa. Let's hope Accra will resume that soon as well too.

    Mine was extended as well, though the extension was requested for while my file was with HKVO( I saw this in the gcms notes). The request was for PA and myself but it was only granted for me. It expired Dec 2020, and was extended for a year till Dec 2021. Don't know if this counts being that...

    This will be my 2nd webform to AVO. Funny enough, the first one we sent(around May) was replied in 3 days even though it was to state that travel restrictions were in place. All stages have been passed except for medicals expired. We remain hopeful

    AOR: Oct 2019. Primary VO: Accra Secondary VO: HK Raised webform on Tuesday to both VOs for application status enquiry and uploaded vaccination ecertificate alongside. Hoping this will ginger them to act.

    Hi, for me, I downloaded TextMe App, signed up and purchased a canadian number(30 days validity) and some credits to call. Once done with the above, the number to dial is 1888242100 and follow the voice prompt to speak with an agent. All the best
