Hi! As an international student can I work full time during summer if I'm not taking summer classes?

Submitted my paper application feb. I got AIP August ending then Bvl Nov ending and final approval 2nd of December. My passport was ready on the 8th of dec so I paid for courier service...after weeks I still didn't get so I went to vac office to complain and the next day I got it .

my application is paper application and I submitted my passport with it. I received approval and I was sent decision envelope to collect my passport but I want to know how long it takes for the courier service to bring it to you
