For Medicals, 12 months For Police Report, depends on your country. In Nigeria, the one I got is valid for 3 months. Don't fret, IRCC will request you resend any document that expires during the process.

Congratulations!!! In case you do not receive PUM, you can go to VFS by Monday to pick up your PP. It should be available by then... Still awaiting mine. I didn't link my application to the GC key. Will the counterfoil show on eCAS?

I don't believe that will adversely affect your application. They just check for any ailment that may endanger the society or put pressure on their medical community. High BP shouldn't be an issue, calm down.
