Yea it's Rania Sfier (the judge's name is public). The coordinator is from montreal too. Lafontaine or something they were calling him. I dont think he was JT. Most of the people in the ceremony were speaking french tbh Yea I have a feeling this wont be short. only update on my tracker...

So I did the ceremony today There were 51 people taking the oath. It was pretty straight forward. A coordinator told us about how it will go, then we were moved for identity verification, then the judge joined. My judge was from Montreal, she's a lebanese immigrant too so it was interesting...

I was told 2 people received certificates yesterday, they both did their oath in November. They received them by mail so I am assuming another office is helping out in printing the certificates

its all about luck now. could be 1 week after DM and could be 4 months. keep an eye on the tracker , especially on thursdays and fridays, thats the time ottawa schedules oaths the most

starting tomorrow, all transit is restarting and rideau centre is opening so everything should be going back to normal, my advice is for everyone who is waiting on their certificates to send an email to the ottawa office, preferably a reply to the oath scheduling email, asking for a reopening...

yea i knew it existed but i submitted a police certificate anyway when i applied, cause i know they might do it. see? it's not luck! :P
