Right now there is no problem with your profile based on what you have posted. If peradventure there is anything that requires a review, the best way for you to know this is to order a GCMS notes to see what the Analyst, Input Assistant or the case officers might be thinking which at best also...

I am sure that if an agent says everything is complete then yes it is. They cant make decisions on final approval as that will be done by an officer but the file will have been reviewed by the Program Assistant and case analyst to have been complete

That is telling you that as a visitor you cannot give your bio-metrics in Canada. Only certain people with Study and work permit are allowed to give their bio-metrics in Canada.

Check the request letter to be sure that you are eligible to give your bio-metrics in Canada. Some people have been told to leave canada to give their bio-metrics in the past.

Congrats I can see that you were not asked to do a new medical test. Do you know how if or how long your medical was extended?

Also @HFL2018 are you able to tell me how soon after the request for bio-metrics and your payment submission that you got a response. Like did you have to do the bio-metrics before PPR or it was just processed and then the bio-metrics will be done when you land et all. I just wanna have an idea...
