I'm not really sure, but I think they were doubting genuie of our relationship since they requested additional documents proofing our relationship.

Do translation offices in Canada give certified translation for chats? If they do my husband can do that in Canada. I called the notary offices and they said the chats should become as a " سند " and they need my husband's signature as well. Did you have the same case?

No I'm translating the messages screenshots and translators only give official translation for official documents, and screenshots aren't official documents.
