Why are inlands stuck?

Yes, it is definitely worst. We are still temporarily here. Work permit cost money. 1 year permit cost same as 3 years. Work permit only allows you to work but no other benefits. We can't travel on work permit. We have to apply fot visa and that's another cost. Some people can't leave or change...
