Nah, you are correct. It's not a PDF doc, just an update showing expiration date of the visa. You will get the actual COPR doc plus Passport when package is returned to you via courier (UPS).

You use via courier. E.g DHL. You can also follow up via email to tge VSF Helpline by notifying them via email that you have sent the document

It's not a straight forward calculation but it is sha cheaper. Also you can Cargo what you can't fly with normally, like palmoil for example. Would take like a week to deliver sha unlike flight. So it's better to just Cargo plenty things at once.
