Mine reached on 23rd Feb and still says "File does not Exists". Call center says they have received the files should be updated by 8th day(which today). It's 10:00 PM EST .... No luck Ottawa file

congats. it's normal anytime between 1:45 to 2:30 Hours I hope you sent the signed and scanned oath forms.. It takes around 3-5 business days to get application close state... Try Thursday or Friday morning to see the progres.
