Yes, it was. The police solved the mystery. Apparently someone with a name similar to my husband's name has criminal records.

Hi, I got a letter from CIC requesting my husband's fingerprints (again, they did for the PR). If I log in myCIC doesn't show anything. I just got the AOR weeks ago, no IP. Is that normal?. Application sent: October 16 Application received: October 19 AOR: January 28 Vancouver office

FYI, I talked to CIC and they told me that If I have a travel plan, I should call them in advance and let them know when I am traveling so they are aware and skip these dates for my test or oath. So they will book my test or oath being aware of me being away.

No, in fact they had my old address. But the officer was very convinced when I will get the AOR.
