I rent in Canada. Do not own a home. Only home i own in the world is in India. CRA clearly says your home or vacation home isnt part of 100K. Home value is 150K and now the cash i have is almost zero in India after paying all.

Yes I am still a canadian resident since 2020 every year. However as you see, my cash in India got used up towards primary home in India ( i dont rent it out). So then it means texhnically i had less than 100K assets in india and so did not file t1135 in 2023

GCKey account was created more than 2 years ago. It says if you havent logged in for 2 years account is revoked and that is what it is showing
