My office is Sydney, AOR oct 25 and application done on Sep 20th. Background Complete on Nov 7th but no test invite. Anyone facing that?

Hello all, i applied for supervisa for my parents and we are waiting on medicals for about 1.5 months. My parents do have visitor visa, can they travel right now and continue process from here?
