I was waiting two months, have sent email to IRCC, got response the same day. After email it took 1 week for PR Card to be approved. This is emil: ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca

I got the same update on Feb 17 ans now I'm wondering how many days will take for PR Card to arrive in Vancouver.
