that's fine. actually better. If u write any foreign address in personal history with a duration of more than 6 months, the system will ask for pcc. So if ur manning office is in INDIA u should write their name and address so u would not need to write any unnecessary LOE, explaining ur situation.

In travel history just mention ur sign on day and sign off day (or 2 days around that) when u enter that country for joining ship and leaving ship. For example If u went to dubai on 24 of july to join ship and ur ship sails from there on 26 of july, just enter 3 days travel to dubai form...

I have received the survey email twice last week, and I received the other email as well which said about the delay due to covid. my medical has been extended but no decision has been made according to the ircc agent i talked to last month

God knows what does IRCC have in their minds..! inland applicants does not have any travel restrictions, so why r they holding back our applications.

That won't help. Even if their website says they r prioritizing CEC applications. I am a CEC applicant with FEb 2020 for and biometrics in Oct 2020. Eligibility passed in April 2020. But no progress after that. Still stuck with security in progress and criminality not yet started.
