Once you complete 60-65 days it will change automatically to 17 weeks. Don't worry. From what I have seen, the status bar doesn't actually guarantee any progress on your application. The changes are quite automatic..

I think it means IP1. IP2 is usually when you background check is processing. But cant say for sure nowadays because IP1 and IP2 are not very relevant anymore. Some people are known to be going straight to PPR from IP1. All the best!
