Thank you for reply. Can you elaborate? From what I understand you need to be in Canada for them to issue eCOPR. You then apply for a PRTD. What would the process look like if I changed my address to outside of Canada with no way into Canada?

I assume they ship to out of country address? Will changing address effect TR to PR application since it was applied for from within Canada? I am a year in and waiting on the background check.

I applied for an open work permit which I believe I am eligable for 200 days ago and I was forced to leave Canada due to a family emergency. My visa is expired. Would changing my IRCC address outside of Canada mess anything up?
